What items are returnable?

  • As a part of our Money Back Guarantee, we accept returns of our COMFORTWEAR items within 45 days of delivery.
  • In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in original packaging and same condition that you received it.
  • Please note that orders in transit cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • If 45 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Free returns offer not valid for HI, PR, AK, GU, VI and International orders.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • COMFORTWEAR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, COMFORTWEAR will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Are there any charges for return?
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • As of January 31st, 2023, we have partnered with donation centers to process our shoes as donations for people in need. Simply visit your nearest donation center to contribute, where you will receive a donation tax receipt. To initiate your refund, just forward us the donation proof by email, and we'll handle the rest. Please DO NOT contact the donation center for the refund. 
How do I initiate a return?
  • Enter your order number and email address in the Contact Us page
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
  • Once we receive proof of donation with your donation tax receipt, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied on the original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Chargebacks/Disputes

Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry.  We are on your team. We are immediately responsive, and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.

Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue.
