Kettle & Fire is made from real bones, real ingredients, and have long cook times at low temperatures. You won’t find any hormones, antibiotics, or artificial ingredients in our Bone Broth. Most store-bought broth (often labeled as ) uses a mashed mix of bone paste or poor-quality cuts of meat then cook their broth at high temperatures. This results in a watered down broth that's missing the amino acid profile and benefits of a real bone broth.
Why can't I just make it myself or buy a cheaper brand at the store?
Homemade bone broth is always an option but note that making it yourself is not an easy process. To extract all the nutrients and flavor, bone broth requires hours to simmer. And it does tend to stink up the kitchen.
